This Mexican food truck is very new to me, but it’s definitely a new favorite for me as well. Nin’s 5 Tacos has a very brief menu, but everything is surely packed with flavor. Hence the name, Nin’s 5 Tacos, they specialize in 5 different choices of meat: Steak (Asada), chicken (pollo), marinated beef (birria), pulled pork (carnitas), marinated pork with pineapple (pastor), Mexican sausage (chorizo). Their menu always offers classic tacos (corn or flour) and burritos, quesadillas, and a combo plate for just $11! 3 tacos with any choice of meat with rice and beans or a quesadilla combo with rice and beans. My new favorite is their $9 bowl, which is basically their burrito in a bowl. The bowl comes with your choice of meat, rice, beans, cheese, onion, cilantro, tomato, and of course a slice of lime.
What surprises me about this food truck is the homemade, made-from-scratch taste that their food brings. The tortillas look and taste as if they were made by hand, the meat is seasoned to perfection, and all the vegetables taste fresh from a garden. With this small food trailer, they definitely stand out BIG! You might already have your go-to taco spot, but give it a try and you will not be disappointed!!
